Mr. Stasheff,

I wanted to thank you for all of the joy I've had reading your work. I grew up reading the Wizard in Rhyme and Gramarye series. Your characters' focus on morality and the common good helped inform my views during my impressionable teenage years. As an adult, I still enjoy rereading your books for their wit and adventure. I think they have only exacerbated my enjoyment of bad puns, but that's a small price to pay for a good story.

Ever since I started reading your books, I've been curious- is part of your purpose when you write to subversively educate your readership a la Whitey, Stroganoff, and Cholly?

I know this has been asked on this forum before, but if I were to send you a book and return postage would you be willing to autograph it?
