Most interesting.
Told in simple words and phrases, so either written by a young writer, or intended for a young reader. Or both.
All in all, a nice short. Good work.

Thanks! Uh... you can kind of tell that I'm running low on material for the website again, can't you? ;)

Well, I'm in no position to complain. I haven't written anything worthwhile, lately.

Maybe I should just hand off my works in progress...

Hey, go for it! It'll need Chris's stamp of approval, of course, but I'm all for. Besides, as Pete found out, having an audience (no matter how small) and getting feedback can reinvigorate your enthusiasm for a project you've let fall by the wayside. And having a weekly deadline for the next chapter (with a waiting audience) can be a powerful motivator to push through writer's block. Heck, Pete D'Alessio has provided us with three novels so far - and I believe that when we started this website, none of them were finished yet. (Correct me if I'm wrong, Pete.)

Meh. My stories have been stalled for years. I'd just hand them off to anyone who wants to take them and run with them.
